SHIPPING & RETURNS
The chart below is for shipping to the US contiguous states (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
All orders are shipped via FEDEX from Florida. Please allow an additional day for your order to be processed.
Note: Allow 1 to 2 days for processing orders. Customers shipping to Hawaii or Alaska will need to choose 2 day or Next Day Air.
Canadian Orders are shipped via Ground:

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for delivery options and costs. Be sure to include a complete shipping address, the product number with description and the quantity of the item you are interested in purchasing. International shipping can be very expensive. The customer is responsible for all shipping, duties, taxes and customs charges.
House of Glint ships packages Monday – Friday.
House of Glint does not ship on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or national holidays.
We require a physical address, either residential or business.
MERI MERI PRODUCTS AND BALLOON KITS
You may return any Meri Meri product ordered from HOUSEOFGLINT.COM website within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding packing note indicating reason for the return and, whether you require a replacement item or a refund. Items returned after 30 days will be in the form of a store credit.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

House of Glint will be happy to assist you with a request to cancel your order. Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped or is in route for delivery, we cannot accommodate the cancellation request.

To expedite your call, please have your order number available when speaking with a member of our team. The order number can be found on your email receipt (if applicable) or would have been provided by the House of Glint representative when placing your order by phone.
RETURN SHIPMENT COST COVERAGE AGREEMENT
If you as the consumer exercise your right of return, you shall bear the costs of the return shipment. However, House of Glint will bear the costs of the return shipment in all cases when the wrong merchandise was delivered or in cases when a partial order was sent.
